Release of Liability: Snowmaking whether done at home, a ski resort, or elsewhere involves the use of high pressure air and water. Working with
high pressure air and water can be extremely dangerous if not done properly and safety precautions are not followed. As a result there is an inherited
risk associated with making snow through the process known as snowmaking. These risks include but are not limited to: Personal injury, property
damage, equipment damage, and even death. Although we have taken every precaution to warn and prevent you from these risks, and are extremely
unlikely from occurring, we cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries, deaths, equipment damages, or property damages associated from
the use of any of SnowStorm Snowmaking, LLC products regardless if they were manufactured or distributed by SnowStorm Snowmaking, LLC.
Upon purchase of any SnowStorm Snowmaking, LLC product, whether on this website direct from SnowStorm Snowmaking, LLC or through a third
